Josh Moffitt

As the Manager of Strategic Operational Solutions (SOS) Consulting team with the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA), I bring a diverse background spanning nuclear computer engineering, project management, and business leadership. I hold a Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt certification, Prosci Change Management certification, an undergraduate degree in Mathematics with a minor in Physics from Belmont University, and an MBA from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.

In addition to my professional role, I serve as a deacon at Red Bank Church of Christ, supporting children’s ministry and fellowship activities. Guided by the motto “Journey before destination,” I believe that success is about not just achieving outcomes but also honoring the process. Chattanooga has been my home for 16 years, where I live with my wife of 15 years, Caitlin, and our three children, Madelyn (14), Samuel (12), and Jonah (5).
